Shipping outside of EU: 20€/ 25€
The products are delivered in 3-6 working days.
As soon as the bag is shipped, we will send you confirmation email to the given e-mail address with the tracking number, where you can follow the route of the package.
When the order is placed you will receive an email to confirm your shipping address
- to make sure that it will be delivered to the right address and
- to have a validated email address where we can contact you about the date of the delivery.
It is very essential for us, that you confirm your name and shipping address, right after you are done with the order, directly at our email account: email@example.com
Please, keep in mind, we will not ship any products until we receive your confirmed address!
In case, if we do not receive your confirmation within 2 month after your purchase order, we will cancel your order and send you a full refund on your PayPal account.
If you are not completely satisfied with the product you ordered,
you can return it for a size/color/model exchange or for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 20 days following after the receipt of your order.
We kindly ask you to keep in mind the following restrictions when the product is returned:
product must be new, unused with original labels and packaging.
The cost of returning the product will be at your charge.

In all the other cases, please contact directly our retailer about his/her specific return policies.
In every case, before making the return, please write us an email explaining the reason for the return and your further requirements regarding the product exchange or refund.
As soon as the returned item arrives back to our warehouse, we will either refund the costs or inform you about the delivery time of the exchange product depending on your preferences.
If you wish to exchange the item for another product, which has a difference in price, we will send you a new invoice of the balanced payment right after the item is returned.

We constantly aim to improve quality therefore all your comments and feedbacks

If you think that your product has a defect, please inform us as soon as possible with the following information:
- date of the purchase order
- invoice number
- description of the problem
- photo of the damaged parts - attached to the email
We will study the case and evaluate as soon as possible if the item has a defect or it suffered one during the production.
If it does, we will either send you a pick-up for the defected product to be delivered back to our warehouse and send you a replacement, or a refund if the product is no longer available.
Exceptional Case! - If the front plastic buckle (Big Bag Wolf) is broken, we will send you the replacement part.
The product cannot be considered defective if the damages does not happen under normal conditions of use or if it is due to the natural process of a long term usage.
Please, note, all of our bags include a hangtag informing the customer about the weight limit for everyday usage and the wash care description!
PRICE AND VAT
All our prices are quoted in euro and include the value added tax.
Payments of the online orders will be processed through Paypal,
which is a well secured online payment channel.
In case of a refund we apply the Paypal account where your payment came from.
All the personal information and email address you provide us will exclusively serve for better communication between our company and you, and the most precise delivery possible.
